The location of this hotel was fantastic, being just a few minutes away from the train and bus station. It was easy to get to and conveniently situated in a small alley between two buildings. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, great to leave our luggage in the lobby on our last day. The breakfast provided was adequate and tasty, with a good selection of juices, breads, and hot drinks. The cleanliness of the hotel and the high standard of room cleaning were excellent.

This hotel was such a wonderful find during our stay in this beautiful city. We were in search of accommodations for our remaining 3 nights and stumbled upon this hidden gem. The staff, particularly Elisa, was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. Without even asking for our credit card, she showed us our spacious and tastefully decorated room, assuring us it would be available on our desired dates. The attention to detail in the room made it feel more like a cozy guest room than a hotel. It was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and a nice bathroom.
No improvements needed, everything was simply perfect!

The hotel's location was fantastic - just a short walk from the train station and ferry, with restaurants and shops close by. The room was cozy and clean, with charming Venetian decor and beautiful flooring. Staff was friendly and helpful.
For us it was ideal.
